Deliveries
All our products are made to order and will noramlly be delivered 3-15 working days of recieving payment. If you need your products any quicker please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to speed up the process.
Delivery Charges
Delivery chrages vary with each item. They are dependent on weight, delivery type and speed of delivery chosen by the customer. All of our deliveries are sent out via courier. In the unlike even of a lost or late order we are able to trace it.
Delivery Terms
Animal Arks make all products to order, we do not mass produce. All products are made to a customer specific requirements after the order has been placed. Any customers that want to return their goods after recieving them will only be refunded 50% and the customer is responsible for the transport costs back to Animal Arks
Prices and Orders
Animal Arks reserves the right to decline any order for any reason.
Our prices are subject to vary. We will do our absolute best to ensure that our website is constantly accurate and up to date at all times. Therefore, we do not accept liability for errors or emissions whether they be made by human or computer.
Payment
We accept all major debit/credit cards. We also accept other methods of payment such as BACS transfer and cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Animal Arks. Good ordered by cheque will not be delivered until the funds have cleared and are in the bank. Until full payment is recieved all goods remain the property of Animal Arks and we reserve the right to to collect any goods that have not been paid for from any location without invitation or notice.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Under the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within seven days after purchase. Customer satisfaction is crucial to us, this is why we offer a 21 day guarantee provided good are unused. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason within the 21 days, please feel free to contact us and we will arrange a refund. The customer has the responsibility of repackaging the goods for return. If any product is returned broken or damaged, through no fault of Animal Arks or the courier service, we then reserve the right to charge the customer accordingly.
