We have the answer, all our arks detach from the floor for thorough easy cleaning and moving. Our floors are really heavy duty. We use a massive true 6" x 1" timber sawn non slip board - not 0.75" as some of our competitors use.  Our arks will be assembled by our team in your desired location - difficult access is no problem.
